Dan Conway

Dan Conway, PhD, is Managing Partner and Secretary is a blockchain pioneer and AI journeyman. A recognized expert in analytics and AI, Conway holds a doctorate in Operations Research from Indiana University and has built a distinguished academic career with faculty appointments at institutions including Notre Dame, Indiana, Northwestern, Iowa, Florida, Virginia Tech, South Florida, and Arkansas.
In addition to his academic work, Conway brings decades of applied expertise as a consultant to leading organizations such as Cisco Systems, John Deere, AIG, and Consulate Healthcare, with a focus on analytics, operations, and information security. His insights into complex systems and AI deployment have informed strategic transformations across diverse industries.
Conway is a respected voice in the blockchain arena, serving on multiple standards boards and advising startups on integrating distributed ledger technologies with emerging AI infrastructure.
Tom Orton

Mr. Tom Orton JUMP President (MyProtection.AI parent company) and Managing Partner, served as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Analog Computation. Mr. Orton spent fifteen years developing semiconductor factories and manufacturing organizations around the world for Intel.
Orton has held chief executive roles at several companies, including Integrated Manufacturing Group—where he drove revenue beyond $43 million—Modis Technologies, which he led from startup to over $30 million in revenue, and Integrated Semiconductor Training & Modeling. His career is defined by successfully transforming early-stage and growth-phase companies into profitable, high-performing organizations.
With deep expertise in both strategic execution and financial operations, Orton has personally secured more than $350 million in financing commitments used to build and expand multiple successful ventures.

Steve Brown is a thought leader, AI futurist, author, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker. With more than 30 years of tech experience, he advises portfolio companies and strategic partners on AI transformation and innovation strategies.
Brown spent 25 years at Intel, where he held leadership roles, including Chief Evangelist and futurist within Intel Labs. Following his time at Intel, he joined DeepMind, Google's pioneering AI research lab, where he served as Senior Director overseeing marketing, communications, and public affairs, while also contributing as the organization's in-house futurist.
A co-founder of the Provenance Chain Network—a supply chain transparency and security solution for clients including the U.S. Navy—and a BCG luminary, Brown brings a unique combination of deep technical insight, future-forward thinking, and real-world execution to JUMP's investment strategy.

Scott Ochander is an entrepreneur and go-to-market strategist with deep expertise in launching and scaling organizations across B2B, B2C, B2G, start-ups, and international markets having implemented business initiatives in over 55 countries. As a founding partner and Chief Leadership Strategist at Carnegie Higher Ed, Scott helped build one of the nation's leading higher education firms, serving over 750 universities with a 600-member team across 48 states.
His career spans roles at leading global companies such as Dow Chemical, Battelle Memorial Institute, and Meredith Corporation, where he specialized in corporate innovation, branding, sales acceleration, and product commercialization. With broad experience in partnership development, M&A, and private equity fundraising, Scott has led growth initiatives and strategic private equity transactions including the successful merger of his own firm.
As a result, Scott brings a uniquely pliable, experiential, and agile perspective to business-building.

Graduating this spring from Northern Illinois University, Xander Nadas brings ambition and a fresh perspective to the table. At Jump Partners, Xander provided foundational support for the Android build of MyProtection.AI, and assisted in web development, connecting systems to people.
Off the clock, he sharpens his skills in Game Jams, learning new software and building innovative solutions with his teammates. A pledge to constant learning and collaborative development gives Xander both a deep respect for old-guard and a keen eye for the future of tech.
